Accessibility
An accessible place speaks to everyone.
For GuideMyVisit, accessibility isn't an add-on: it's the starting point. The same museum, town or trail reaches a child, someone who cannot see, someone who cannot hear and someone who finds reading hard, each in the right way.

In Studio
Accessible doesn't mean twice the work.
- 1
Choose the profiles
The venue decides which profiles to offer, up to eight, and prepares them just once.
- 2
Rewrite with AI Studio
A description becomes the version for children, for blind visitors or a short one; then you refine it with more prompts.
- 3
Publish in every language
Translate with AI and generate the audio guide in every language: text, images and audio for each profile, already linked to the guide.
Visit profiles
Eight ways to tell the same place.
At the start of the visit everyone chooses their profile: text, audio guide, images, videos and pathways change with them. The venue decides which ones to offer and prepares them just once in Studio.
Children
Playful stories, a voice that speaks their language and a question to solve at every artwork: the visit becomes a challenge to spot the details.
In-depth
For those who want to know it all: history, technique, artists and the complete technical sheet.
Concise
The essentials in a few lines, for those short on time who want to see more.
Easy Reading
Short sentences, simple words, one idea per line: text written for people who find reading or understanding hard.
AAC
For people who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication: the story is told through symbols, one for every key word.
Hearing Impaired
The page's videos in sign language, when the venue provides them, and the whole story to read as well.
Multisensory
A story told through more than one sense: it invites you to listen, look and touch, to experience the place with your body too.
Visually Impaired
Audio descriptions that paint the scene in words, an app that works with screen readers and navigation that gives directions as clock positions.
Reading
The app adapts to how you read.
Bigger text, more space between lines, high contrast, a typeface designed for dyslexia and colors adjusted for people who see them differently. For those who find reading hard there is Easy Reading: short sentences, simple words, one idea per line.

Communicating
AAC: a symbol for every key word.
For people who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication, the story is told through symbols. And the Multisensory profile invites you to listen, look and touch, to experience the place with your body too.
Getting around
All the way to the stop, at your own pace.
Turn-by-turn directions with voice guidance, worked out for how you get around: on foot, in a wheelchair, by bike or without sight. And for those who prefer less motion on screen, reduced or no animations.
Design
Your style, always readable.
You choose palette, fonts, logo and sections in Studio, which also checks contrast: the guide stays readable for everyone, on desktop and on phone.

Questions about accessibility.
Which accessibility profiles does GuideMyVisit offer?
Up to eight, chosen by the venue: Children, In-depth, Concise, Easy Reading, AAC, Hearing Impaired, Multisensory and Visually Impaired. For each one, text, audio guide, images, videos and pathways change.
Does GuideMyVisit work with screen readers?
Yes: the app works with screen readers, and the Visually Impaired profile adds audio descriptions and navigation that gives directions as clock positions.
Is sign language available?
The Hearing Impaired profile shows the page's videos in sign language, when the venue provides them, and the whole story to read as well.
Does preparing accessible content take a lot of work?
Less than you might think: AI Studio rewrites a description for children, for blind visitors or as a short version, and Studio translates and generates the audio guide in every language. Profiles are prepared just once.
