GuideMyVisit

GuideMyVisit Studio

Your guide, built by you.

Points, routes, audio guides, 3D scenes, video and graphics: all in one Studio that runs right in your browser. Without writing a single line of code.

Points and routes

From the first point to a complete route, in minutes.

Click the map, write, drag. Studio takes care of the rest: audio guides, translations and publishing.

1Drop a point on the map

Search for an address or click the map: the marker drops into place, and you drag it to move it.

2Tell the story of the place

Description, photos and the audio guide script. Studio generates the voice, ready to play.

3Build the route

Drag the stops into the right order: places, artworks and events become an itinerary.

4Publish and try it

One click on “Open on Guide My Visit” and the route is already on visitors’ phones.

3D editor

3D scenes that tell their own story.

Upload the model, tap the surface wherever you want a hotspot and align the camera and details with the audio guide. Visitors listen, and the scene moves with the voice.

  • Hotspots

Clickable points on the model, with text and links in every language.

  • View

Opening shot, auto-rotation and scale: the scene starts exactly the way you want.

  • Audio guide sync

On the timeline you decide when each hotspot opens and where the camera goes.

  • Objects, 360° and spaces

GLB and GLTF models up to 100 MB, 360° panoramas and, on iPhone, augmented reality.

Video, images, documents

An editing suite, right in your browser.

Trim a video, crop a photo, sign a PDF without leaving Studio and with nothing to install. The moment you confirm, the file is already in your guide.

GMV Video Studio. Split and arrange clips, add music, titles and a color look. Export an MP4 ready for the guide.

Slideshow

The images follow the voice.

Drag photos onto the audio guide timeline and decide when each one comes in. In the guide they play on their own, in time with the story and with your captions.

  • One clip per photo: drag its edges to make it longer or shorter.
  • A caption for every image, in the language of the audio guide.
  • Apply the same timing to the other languages in one click.

Beacons, NFC and QR codes

Anchor every point to the real world.

Register beacons, NFC tags and QR codes in the Devices catalog and link them to the right location or artwork, even on the floor plan. Visitors walk up, tap their phone or scan the code, and the page opens by itself.

Portal layout

Your guide, your style.

Light and dark palettes, fonts, logo, a hero background with photo or video, sections and cards: make a change and see the result instantly, on desktop and on phone. Studio also checks contrast, so the guide stays readable for everyone.

Advertising campaigns

Local sponsors, right inside the visit.

With ADV management you create ads with photos or video and decide at which moment of the visit they appear, to whom, where and how often. Those who invest more show up more often: the guide pays its way without getting in the visitor's way.

  1. Content

An image, a video or a YouTube or Vimeo link, with the button label and the destination page.

  2. Placement

Before the speech, at the start, in the middle or at the end, or before a video.

  3. Targeting

By guide, language, audience, route, location or element, even only inside an area on the map.

  4. Schedule

Every how many stops, how many times per visit, for which period and after how many seconds it can be skipped.

  5. Investment

The amount paid is the rotation weight: whoever invests twice as much shows up about twice as often.

And that’s not all
