Audio guides
The audio guide is already in your visitor's pocket.
Visitors open the guide in the browser or the app and listen to the story in their own language, even offline. The venue writes the texts once in Studio, and GuideMyVisit generates the audio in every language.

How it works
From text to audio, in three steps.
- 1
Write or import your content
In Studio you click the map and write your pages, or import them from a JSON file or the Italian General Catalogue of Cultural Heritage.
- 2
Translate and generate the audio
Translate with AI into several languages at once and generate the audio guide in each one, already linked to the guide. AI Studio rewrites it for children, for blind visitors or as a short version.
- 3
Publish, and visitors listen
The guide opens in the browser or the app. Near a beacon, an NFC tag or a QR code the page opens, and the audio guide can start on its own.
Demo guides
Hear how it sounds.
Museums, towns, parks and trails told with GuideMyVisit in demo mode: examples not yet made official by the places. Open a guide and try its audio guide.
Profiles
A voice for every audience.
The same place is told differently to a child, to someone short on time, to someone who wants to know it all, to someone who cannot see. Visitors choose their profile at the start, and text, audio guide, images and pathways change with them.
Discover accessibilityProximity
It starts when you're in front of the artwork.
Outdoors, your location points out nearby spots; indoors, just walk up to a beacon, hold your phone to an NFC tag or scan a QR code. The page opens and, if the visitor wants, the audio guide starts on its own.

Images follow the voice.
In Studio you drag photos onto the audio guide timeline and decide when each one comes in; in 3D scenes, camera and details move with the story. Listeners look at the right thing, at the right moment.
Discover StudioLanguages and offline
In six languages, even without a connection.
Italian, English, Spanish, French, German and Chinese: if a guide isn't available in the visitor's language, the app offers the one that is. Audio guides and stops download to the phone before setting off, so the visit works even where there's no signal.
Messages and directions
Between stops, the voice keeps you company.
Before and after each stop, a voice message and directions to reach the next one. Turn-by-turn navigation with voice guidance adapts to how you get around: on foot, in a wheelchair, by bike or without sight.
FAQ
Questions about audio guides.
Do visitors need a dedicated audio guide device?
No: visitors use their own phone. The guide opens in the browser and can be added to the Home Screen; for beacons and NFC there's the iPhone and Android app.
How is the audio created in several languages?
In Studio you translate the texts with AI into several languages at once and generate the audio guide in each one, already linked to the guide. There are six languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, German and Chinese.
Does the audio guide work offline?
Yes: audio guides and the stops of a pathway download to the phone before setting off, and the visit works even without a connection.
Can there be a different audio guide for children or for blind visitors?
Yes. The venue offers up to eight visit profiles, including Children, Easy Reading and Visually Impaired, with audio descriptions; AI Studio helps rewrite each description for its audience. Discover accessibility.
